Maura’s History

The corporate umbrella over all my brands is “Burget Avenue Management Services, Inc.”  A question I hear frequently is, “what is Burget Ave?” So I thought I’d share my story here. I grew up in Medford, Massachusetts, a suburb just north of Boston. If you know anything about this part of the country, you might be familiar with the close-knit neighborhoods that characterize it. Well, I grew up in one of those close-knit neighborhoods, and the friends I began to make when I moved there at age two are still some of my closest friends today. (See below!) I am lucky enough to have a large circle of friends – really, family now – whom I have known virtually my entire life.  And most of us still have family in the neighborhood, and still “go home” and reunite at the holidays every year. Growing up in this neighborhood was one of the biggest blessings of my life, and I wanted to honor that, and the people in it.   This is why Regain Your Time  is “a burget ave company.”  With email, I still get to have an address on Burget Ave!  =)
